The answers to your questions.
What is a Giclée Print?
A giclée print is a museum-quality fine art inkjet print produced using archival pigment inks on premium heavyweight paper. Derived from the French word gicler, meaning to spray, my prints deliver rich, accurate colour and exceptional detail designed to remain vibrant for decades.
Can I get a discount on multiple prints?
Yes — it's currently buy two get one free on all prints. Just add any three prints to your cart and you'll automatically get the cheapest one free at checkout.
What size print should I get?
It depends on your wall space and how far you'll typically view the piece — here's a guide to help:
A4
A3
A2
A1
A421 × 30 cm / 8.3 × 11.7"Ideal for a desk or small wall space
A330 × 42 cm / 11.7 × 16.5"Popular for bedrooms & hallways
A242 × 59 cm / 16.5 × 23.4"Makes a real statement on any wall
A159 × 84 cm / 23.4 × 33.1"Gallery-worthy centrepiece
Still not sure? Feel free to get in touch and I'll help you pick the right size.
Do you offer framing?
Yes — I've partnered with a UK framing company to make this as easy as possible. Simply visit the framing page, choose the correct size for your print, and add it to your order before checkout. Alternatively, all prints are produced in standard sizes (A4, A3, A2, A1), so if you'd prefer to source your own frame it's very easy to find one at stores like IKEA, Dunelm, or any good home retailer — just match the frame size to your print.
How long will my prints take to arrive?
My prints are made to order with a dispatch lead time of 2–5 working days (5–7 for framed pieces). After dispatch: UK 1–5 days · Ireland & Europe 10–14 days · USA 5–10 days · Rest of World 10–21 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties — if your parcel is held at customs, email danieltomlinson1993@gmail.com and I'll help where I can. Lead times may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Returns & Exchanges
As all prints are made to order, I'm unable to offer refunds — but I'm happy to arrange an exchange for a larger size. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging via a tracked service; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email General@dannyissues.shop with a clear photo and I'll get it sorted straight away.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes — all prices shown include tax. There are no hidden charges; the price you see is the price you pay. Customers are responsible for any import duties — if your parcel is held at customs, email danieltomlinson1993@gmail.com and I'll help where I can.
