WALL PRINTS

All of our products are made to order, so we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges are only permitted for larger sizes. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow these guidelines:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
  • Please email us at General@dannyissues.shop to receive the complete return address.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at General@dannyissues.shop with a clear photo of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Please note: We are not responsible for any damage to prints or frames that occurs after delivery. Once the item is in your possession, any damage or breakage is the customer’s responsibility.

 
CANCELLATIONS
All our prints are made to order which means once your order has been placed, the information is automatically sent and processed with our printing team. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they have come through to our side.
